for hope, for strength, for life
Hi! The sisters of Delta Gamma welcome you to explore our website! We hope you leave this page with a new sense and a better understanding of our chapter at Penn State.Immediately after entering Penn State as a freshman, I learned about numerous opportunities to become more involved on campus. At first, it was somewhat overwhelming to decide which clubs or organizations I wanted to join. Luckily, after getting to know more about the Greek community, I decided to join Delta Gamma. Looking back now, I can honestly tell you that I would not change one thing about my choice.
Delta Gamma has made my time at Penn State all the more valuable. The friendships that I have formed over the past few years within DG are truly indescribable. The memories that I have created at school are certain to last a lifetime and I am extremely thankful for the endless support provided by my sisters each day.
Delta Gamma has been an established chapter at Penn State for almost 80 years. Our purpose is to foster an environment that contributes to the growth of everlasting bonds within our chapter. We uphold high standards in order to create an overwhelming sense of community. We invite you to become a part of our family and to “do good” alongside us.
Becoming Greek provides opportunities for involvement both on and off campus! Our philanthropy, Service for Sight, raises money for visually impaired children. We are also involved in THON, a tradition that unites the entire University. We participate in Greek Sing, Greek Week, and Homecoming, which are all fantastic experiences. Delta Gamma definitely loves to compete while having fun!
I am incredibly proud of my lifetime commitment to Delta Gamma Fraternity. By joining Delta Gamma, you will become a unique member tied together in a single bond of friendship. I hope that our website offers insight into the incredible world of Delta Gamma that I have only briefly described. I also hope that after getting to know our chapter, you realize the degree of friendship that accompanies becoming a member of DG.
"Always anchored, always Delta Gamma."
Best wishes,
