Formal Recruitment
Formal Recruitment is the two-week long process when all of the Panhellenic sororities (with the exception of the three associate chapters) come together to meet potential new members and eventually extend invitations to join their sisterhoods. This year, formal recruitment begins on Monday, September 7 with Orientation.
Although it's the best way to meet our sororities and find the one that's your best fit, Formal Recruitment can sometimes be a confusing process for potential new members and sorority women alike!
