A Theta Man is a male member of the Penn State community who is invited to become an honorary member of Theta's chapter.  Each pledge class in Theta nominates a Theta Man who is loyal, trustworthy, caring, and possesses the distinguishing qualities and principles upheld by all Thetas.  Above all, a Theta Man is a true brother and friend to all of the sisters in the chapter.
