Report Hazing NOW

The Panhellenic Council does not tolerate hazing of any kind and will seriously investigate any allegations of hazing amongst its chapters. Use the following form to confidentially report any actions you think may be hazing. Any information that you provide is completely confidential and will only be used by the Vice President for Standards to follow up the report. Your information will never be released to the chapter.
