To plan and execute the recruitment efforts of all 19 NPC chapters at Penn State, either through Formal Recruitment each fall or Informal Recruitment each spring; stay in communication with each chapter regarding recruitment efforts; coordinate the Overall Recruitment Team. | |
Favorite part/ memory of Greek life |
My favorite memory from Greek life was recruitment 2011. I was part of the Overall Recruitment Team and on Bid Day was able to stand on stage with the rest of the executive board. I loved watching each of the new members open the envelopes with their bids and find out which sorority they had received a bid to. When two women in front of me saw that we were going to be in the same chapter they jumped on stage and hugged me saying how excited they were. Seeing their excitement made all of the hard work of the recruitment process worthwhile. |
